Refund policy

Digital products
All DigBethLeKid products are digital PDF files, delivered on purchase. Because the content is delivered electronically and is available immediately, all sales are final in principle.
We stand by the quality of our content. If you run into a genuine problem with your purchase, please let us know.
When we grant a refund
We will review your request and issue a refund in the following cases:
You were charged but received no PDF, and we were unable to resolve the delivery problem
You were charged twice for the same product
A technical fault in the file prevents it from being opened or read
How to request a refund
Write to [email protected] with your order confirmation number and a description of the problem. We will reply within 2 working days.
Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method. The timing depends on your card issuer and usually takes 5 to 10 working days before the amount appears.
Cases not eligible for a refund
Changing your mind after downloading
Disagreeing with the content, viewpoint or recommendations
Duplicate purchases where both downloads have been used

DigBethLeKid sells digital educational content in PDF format. All products are delivered electronically. On purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence that lets you read and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, upload or otherwise pass on any DigBethLeKid product or content to a third party, in any form. Each purchase grants a licence to the buyer only.
Intellectual property
All content on digbethlekid.com and in DigBethLeKid products belongs to DigBethLeKid as intellectual property, including the text, graphic design, structure and organisation. No part of a product may be copied, quoted in extracts or distributed without written permission.

Payments are made through a payment link sent to the email address given with the request. Once payment is confirmed, you receive the PDF directly or a download link by email at the same address. DigBethLeKid is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect email address entered at payment or by a problem with your email provider.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to use DigBethLeKid products or content to:
Reproduce or resell content for commercial purposes
Create competing products or services based on DigBethLeKid content
Give access to paid content to people who have not bought it
